Terms of service

Version of 21.08.2026

By using the service you accept these rules

Placing an order, paying for it and any use of the access provided mean that you have read these terms and agree with them. If you disagree with even one clause — do not use the service.

1. What we provide

  • The service provides access to a VPN server with a configured protocol, in the country and for the term you choose.
  • Once placed, the order goes into work. Configurations are issued by hand — usually within an hour, longer at night. The exact delivery time is not guaranteed.
  • The order term counts from the moment the configuration is issued, not from the moment of payment. Time spent waiting in the queue does not eat into the term you paid for.
  • We provide access to a communication channel. We do not create, modify, inspect or store the content you pass through that channel.
  • The technical characteristics — channel speed, number of devices, country, protocol — are set by the plan you choose and are shown in your account on the order page.
  • Changing the country or the protocol on an active order is free of charge on request to support.

2. Customer responsibility

  • All responsibility for actions taken using the access provided lies with the customer. The service is not a party to those actions and does not answer for them.
  • The customer undertakes to use the service in a way that does not break the law of their country of residence or of the country where the server is located.
  • The customer keeps the issued configuration files themselves and is responsible for not disclosing them. Having passed a configuration to a third party, the customer answers for that party’s actions as for their own.
  • Access to the account is granted by a code from the Telegram bot. The customer is responsible for the safety of their Telegram account; a sign-in performed with it counts as performed by the customer.
  • The service gives no legal advice and does not assess the lawfulness of the customer’s intentions.

3. Prohibited actions

On the servers of the service it is forbidden to:

  • carry out any attack on someone else’s infrastructure: DDoS, port scanning, password guessing, exploitation of vulnerabilities;
  • send bulk messages without the recipients’ consent (spam), including through third-party services;
  • distribute malware, operate botnets, host phishing pages;
  • commit fraud, including bypassing payment verification systems and using someone else’s payment details;
  • distribute material whose circulation is prohibited by law — first of all material involving the sexual exploitation of children;
  • take any other action that breaks the law or the rules of the hoster where the server is located.

4. Complaints and blocking

  • Upon receiving a substantiated complaint — from a hoster, a rights holder, a law-enforcement body or any other party — the service may block the order without prior notice.
  • On a repeated violation, or on a single grave one, the customer’s account is blocked together with all their orders. A blocked account loses access to the cabinet and to codes from the bot.
  • Money paid for an order blocked because of a breach of these rules is neither refunded nor transferred to other orders.
  • The service assists law-enforcement bodies within the limits set by law. The extent of the data we hold is described in section 6.
  • A blocking decision can be disputed through support. If the complaint turns out to be unfounded, access is restored and the order term is extended by the downtime.

5. Payment

  • Services are provided on a prepaid basis. Funds are credited to the account balance, from which the cost of orders is deducted.
  • Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency only, to the wallets shown in your account. Crediting is manual: the amount reaches your balance after the transfer is confirmed by the network and checked by a member of staff, usually within an hour.
  • The amount in dollars is converted at the exchange rate at the moment of crediting. The network fee is paid by the sender.
  • The price of an order is taken from the balance at the moment it is placed. If the service declines the order, the money is returned to the balance in full.
  • If the service does not suit you, contact support within the first day after the configuration was issued — the amount goes back to your balance.
  • An unused balance is kept with no expiry and is spent on later orders. Withdrawing the remainder is possible on request to support.

6. Data and privacy

  • We keep no logs of visited resources, connections or customer traffic.
  • We do not store customer IP addresses — neither at sign-in nor at payment.
  • To run the service we store: the Telegram identifier and username, orders and their parameters, the history of top-ups and of balance movements.
  • No email, no phone number and no identity documents are required or requested for registration.
  • Configuration files are stored in the service database and can be downloaded only by the owner of the order after signing in.
  • We do not pass this data to third parties except where the law directly requires it.

7. Availability

  • The service makes reasonable efforts to keep the servers running, but does not guarantee round-the-clock availability: the server is rented from a third-party hoster and its failures are outside our control.
  • If a server fails, contact support — we issue an equivalent replacement and extend the order term by the downtime.
  • The service is not liable for losses caused by the temporary unavailability of a server.
  • The service does not guarantee that a particular protocol will work on a particular network: providers and states apply blocks that are outside our control. In that case we change the protocol or the country free of charge.

8. Changes to the rules

  • The service may change these rules. The version in force is always published on this page, and the date of the last change is shown at the top.
  • Continuing to use the service after a change means agreeing to the new version.
  • Changes are not retroactive: orders already paid for and issued are governed by the version in force when they were placed.
